Upon a request of any nature, manages all necessary stages up to its end, creating a knowledge base and allowing an optimization of the job, through pre-defined procedures.
For each type of request, it is possible to create a workflow that mirrors the stages the requests should follow, according to pertinent business rules. In a simple way and using a powerful visual interface, you can define what are the possible stages for the requests, and what ways can be taken when it comes to the end of a stage. In real time, without the need for any additional software installed in your computers, the system builds a visual representation of its process, allowing the modelling to be done in a fast and intuitive way.

When a request stage ends, is charged of promoting the request for a new stage, and notify the group of users which are responsible for the change, as tehy can be aware and take the appropriate decisions.
With its control tools, allows the determination of which requests are stopped, with no activity or which are pendent. Through the reports it is possible to know which requests haven’t been read yet by the people in charge in order to eliminate bottlenecks in their processes.
To assure that the tasks always get accomplished within agreed deadlines, allows the creation of SLA rules. With them it is possible to control the amount of time the requests take to be concluded according to their characteristics, and also the amount of time spent in any of the stages that are part of the workflow. Through the notification system, the project managers can be notified when the alert levels are surpassed. Each rule can have up to 10 alert levels. For example: the system may be configured to send a notification to a selected group of users one hour later for every request that is supposed to last 2 hours.
